2. 2 years experience

3. No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years

1.  Click HERE to enter TLC Website.

2.  Click on "Online Application"

3.  Click "Apply Online"

4.  Enter Validation Code T00148

5.  Select location you are applying

6.  Completely fill out application.

    a. Include best phone number to where you can be reached

    b. Be sure to include phone numbers for past employers

    c. Be certain to read and "electronically sign" all of the releases and forms

    d. Any incomplete information could delay the processing of your application

7.  When you are done completing the application click "Complete Application and Submit for Review"

8.  Your application will then be reviewed by the company you are applying to and referred to TLC for further screening.
